Reporting to the Head of Human Resources Stifel Canada, the Payroll & Benefits Manager will be responsible for assisting in the full range of human resources and will lead the payroll and benefits function.  This role plays an integral part in designing and building structures, programs and systems that are scalable to support our growth.  The ideal candidate will have experience using the Dayforce (Ceridian) and a strong understanding of general ledger (GL) accounting.  This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and reconciliation of payroll-related financial data.

Reporting to a Research Analyst, the Associate’s role is to assist with the preparation of equity research publications, develop and maintain financial models, complete ad hoc research requests, and generally assist the Analyst in all aspects of equity research. The Associate is responsible for developing a solid understanding of the digital assets and digital infrastructure space, while being able to clearly state and defend the investment thesis for all stocks in the assigned sector.
